Self-determination: the key to successful weight loss and maintenance programs

چکیده
While studies show that most people are not able to keep weight loss for the long-term, probably due lack of motivation, recent effective choice and implementation motivational strategies fundamental building up positive-thinking long-term as well succeeding at habit-formation. This manuscript provides qualitative research on effect motivation a factor in behavioral interventions reduce overweight or obesity, highlighting importance self- determination maintenance programs.
